Description
This package is designed for groups of six to ten people, such as several families travelling together, friends on a joint trip or small organized camping groups. The service follows the same process: quote request, communication and assessment, deposit to reserve the schedule, delivery and handover, and balance settlement after the service is completed. The seven-day group configuration is usually priced between €449 and €589, depending on the number of users, the tent combination and the delivery distance. The quote includes the equipment combination, delivery coordination and handover explanation.
The main accommodation is arranged as either one large multi-room tunnel tent or two medium family tents used side by side. This allows the group to separate sleeping zones from a shared activity area and reduces crowding inside a single tent. Sleeping bags and mats are supplied according to the number of users. The shared area includes two folding long tables and a set of folding chairs. The cooking setup includes a two-burner system, a large pot, a frying pan and a group tableware set, allowing the group to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Lighting includes one high-output main campsite lantern and several portable lanterns distributed to the sleeping zones, so the night route inside and around the tents is easier to follow.
During the communication stage, we confirm the group composition, vehicle loading conditions and campsite space limits before recommending the tent combination. This helps avoid a tent that is too large for the group or too small for the planned sleeping arrangement. At handover, we explain the tent layout, the guyline positions and the shared cooking area arrangement. If the group size changes, sleeping units, tables and chairs can be adjusted during the quotation stage. This combination pack is suitable for groups that need clear shared space and an organized cooking area rather than a fixed single-tent solution.
