Description
This package is intended for families or small groups of four to six people on multi-day campsite stays, organized around delivering the main equipment in one batch, making it usable on arrival, and completing a clear return count. You first submit the number of users, rental days, campsite ground conditions, vehicle loading conditions and the general meal plan to request a quote. We then discuss and assess whether the tent size, sleep layer quantity, cookware and table-chair configuration match the plan. After the plan is confirmed, you pay a deposit to reserve the delivery slot. The equipment is delivered and handed over at the agreed address or campsite entrance. After use, the equipment is counted against the list and the balance is settled. The seven-day service is generally between €329 and €419, including standard delivery and the communication and assessment stage. The final amount may vary with the number of users, rental duration, delivery distance and added items.
The accommodation and sleep section includes a six-person family tunnel tent suitable for family use, with a porch and multiple ventilation openings. The outer fly is arranged for common rainfall, and the interior can be divided into a sleep zone and a shared activity zone. Sleeping bags, self-inflating mats and storage bags are supplied according to the number of users. An inner groundsheet, pillow liners and hanging storage pockets are also included to reduce scattered small items. Tent guylines, pegs and spare cord sections are placed in a storage bag. At handover, we explain the setup sequence, guyline direction and packing method so that the family can divide the setup and packing work.
The cooking and dining section includes a two-burner portable stove, a pot, a frying pan, a kettle, a cutting board, a chef’s knife, a group tableware set and basic kitchen tools. A folding preparation table, a cooler box, a folding water container, a draining basket and divided storage boxes are also included, supporting regular family breakfast, simple meals and dinner preparation. The shared area includes a folding long table, four folding chairs and a canopy. The canopy can provide additional cover above the tent entrance or the dining table. Lighting includes two campsite lanterns, two headlamps and several peg marker lights, making it easier to move around the dining table, tent entrance and guylines at night.
At delivery and handover, the set is brought to the agreed address or campsite entrance, the quantity is counted item by item, and the stove connection, table and chair opening, canopy support and light hanging methods are explained. At return, the equipment quantity and basic condition are checked against the handover list, and the balance is settled. If a second small tent, low sleep mats, extra tables and chairs or a larger cooler box are needed, these can be raised during the quotation communication stage, and the combination and price will be adjusted according to the actual addition. This set is suitable for family campsite scenes where accommodation, cooking, tables and chairs, canopy and lighting are to be arranged in one delivery, reducing separate purchasing and repeated transport.
